Room for rent

Hi, We have a room available to rent in a shared house from the 6th April.  The house is behind the Australian Embassy, in the Sisattanak district of Vientiane.  The house has the following features.

Four bedrooms
Three bathrooms
Large living room
Kitchen
Washing machine
Maid
Wireless internet
and a sala (small wooden dining area) in the garden

The rent is 230USD per month + around 45USD bills.
