Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and lead daily operations of sports statistics collection program; manage team performance and development, workflow planning and productivity.
-Develop and deliver training on sports (specifically soccer and basketball), including rules, terms, events, and technique so that operators with little to no knowledge of the sport can fully understand the mechanics of the sport.
-Closely monitor and guide data entry operators, ensuring operators are accurately, thoroughly collecting statistics; provide timely and constructive feedback to supervisors and operators.
-Manage work allocations and scheduling
Essential Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of sports, rules and mechanics, specifically soccer and basketball.
-Prior experience in soccer sports coaching and competitive-level sports participation is highly desirable.
-Experience in planning and creating effective trainings and assessments.
-Operational knowledge of IT, including computers, internet, downloading, file conversions, Flash, Microsoft Office. Able to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
-Well-organized and able to multi-task and balance priorities.
-Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to speak Lao a plus.
