House-sit/short term rental wanted for December 2009:

Going away in December? Looking for someone to look after your house, care for pets, pay the bills, etc? We are visiting Vientiane and are available to house-sit.

Ideally, we would like something from December 1st to the 21st (I am coming to do research on the SEA Games), though any part of this period would also be helpful. There will be five of us: a baby, two parents and two grandparents. We are very flexible about the size/style of home and location.

I have lived in Laos for several years, speak Lao and understand the country and people. No problem taking care of household matters while you're away. We'd also be happy to cover rent.
