Just moved in & I'm renting a vehicle for an outrageous monthly rate! Need to find a good, used car or truck (prefer a truck or SUV type vehicle).
I don't really understand the difference between tax paid and tax non-paid, so explaining that would be a huge bonus. I'll like to keep the price between 5000-7000 USD on the outside....
Any ideas?
